first of all, you look silly in that picture (a very serious face). second, is that a farmer's tan? blah.
that would be a pretty serious farmers tan! haha. classic.
it is quite a combination of extremely cold feet and the lack of blood in them, mud, dirt, sweat, maybe a few bugs, and well, the serious face is pain, agony and love for the trail after riding 62 miles in two days.
i admit a farmer's tan like that would be pretty fierce. so you're lucky you don't have one. 62 miles huh? not bad not bad.
